Claiming the Compensation for fall, Trips and Slips at the Work Place
It has been found that most of the people and especially the workers spend most of their life at their place of work. In fact, it has been estimated that on an average 20 years are spend by the people at their workplace. When a person spends such a huge amount of time at the workplace indulging himself in particular activities, there are many chances that the person can face some kind of accident. This accident can be either in the form of fall, slip or trip.
In such cases, if this happening is all because of the worker’s fault then there is no other option to get back to the work without any kind of help from the employer. And if in case it is not the worker’s fault and the accident has taken place because of the mistake of the company or manager then the compensation claim can be taken for any kind of falls, slips or trips.
The person who owns or manages the workplace has to bear the total responsibility and has to provide the legal and moral support to the worker in case of any kind of accident.
